Fresno Leading Young Professionals (FLYP) is a growing organization in Fresno with a mission to cultivate and retain young professionals in the greater Fresno area through social networking, professional development, and community outreach.

Ivan Legorreta
Ivan Legorreta is a registered representative/agent with New York Life Insurance Company in Fresno. He enjoys educating the public on financial planning matters and related issues. When not at work, Ivan volunteers his time with several non-profit organizations in his community. Ivan enjoys reading, movies, and relaxing at home spending time with his wife and two dogs.
Laura Ramos
Laura Ramos works at Fresno State as the Program Coordinator for the International Center for Water Technology. She is responsible for grant writing as well as managing the grants once they are received. Laura enjoys working with non-profit organizations in her spare time. When she is not working or volunteering she enjoys reading and enjoys doing outdoor activities with her nieces and nephews.
Frederick Rich
Frederick Rich is currently a registered representative at New York Life. After recently graduated from the MBA program at Fresno State, Frederick decided that financial planning was his calling. In his free time he is usually at the gym or playing with his two dogs Coco and Gigi.
Tim Sudiacal
Tim Sudiacal graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Classics. Tim ran a very successful business as an undergraduate and has brought that entrepreneurial experience with him to Fresno. He currently works with Fresno-based consulting firm, Boogaert & Noll, where he serves as a catalyst in helping the leadership teams within various organizations rocket forward based on their unique opportunities. After learning about Fresno’s inability to keep its most talented young people, Tim has become passionate as a FLYP board member about helping Fresno create new opportunities and industries that will allow it to attract and retain the best and brightest young professionals. When he’s not working, Tim enjoys learning about cinematography, growing and cooking with fresh ingredients, throwing frisbees with his dog Ellie, playing his guitar, hiking in the Sierras, wine tasting, reading, and spending time with family and close friends.
